high quality, customised tissue paper that matches your brand and adds that luxurious touch!

high quality stickers including one we use to handwrite the client's address on

shredded white tissue paper filler to keep the products safe and snug during transit

the option to have your business cards put inside the box, at no extra cost

option to have a waterproof, biodegradable mailing bag in which to place your box for sending, to keep it looking it's best

if ordering a box with a glass bottle or glass product, a special air-cushioned sleeve to prevent any accidental breakages

Dove and Fizz started in 2021 when founder and creative mind, Anne-Marie, was looking to put together a fully branded gift box for her then-boss, a wedding planner. Not satisfied with the options out there, since many of them had extremely large minimum order quantities or were branded by the gift company themselves, she began to put together her own box.

The finished product was extremely well-received, and Anne-Marie realised she'd enjoyed the task of sourcing all the contents and the packaging so much, she wanted to do it for other business and service providers to make their lives easier. And so Dove and Fizz was born.

Today, Dove and Fizz exists as a bespoke gifting solution for entrepreneurs who recognise the importance of saying thank you to their own clients, and want to do it in a unique way.

Our values are at the heart of what we do; many of our gifts are sourced from small, independent UK businesses, who make their products with love. All our products are animal cruelty-free and sustainable and vegan where possible.

How the process works

a free  30-min consultation

step one

Book a free 30 minute consultation to see how we can help you achieve your optimum client gifting solution. We will discuss things like how many boxes you are looking for, how often they are to be sent out, and the types of contents you would like to see inside.

proposal & contract

step two

After we’ve spoken, we will go and create a proposal unique to your business needs, including an idea of costs involved. Once you are happy with the proposal, you will sign a contract and pay the required deposit, in order to get things started.

We will then work with you closely to produce your ideal client gift boxes, which we will send out to your clients, on your behalf. This step includes a free personalised Trello board, through which we will communicate our ideas and record our progress.

We select only the finest, luxury gift box contents, many from small UK-based independent businesses, which we can tailor to you and your business. We work hard to ensure that we only work with suppliers that have the same high standards and values as us, and where possible, their products are sustainable, good for the planet and good for us.

Our gift boxes and packaging, and some of our products, can be customised to match your branding, with a minimum order quantity for this service starting only at 10 boxes.

Don't need all your boxes sent out at once? We can store your boxes, and send them out as and when you need them, including remembering client milestone dates on your behalf.

Our boxes don't include any reference to our company, so your clients will assume they've come straight from you, unless you tell them, that is!

Frequently Asked Questions

1. Why are there no prices on your website? 

Our gifting service is completely bespoke and tailored to each individual business owner, so there’s no one price fits all. We can fit around all budgets, and find a gifting solution that works specifically for you. If you’d like to book a free consultation to find out more, please do so here.

2. Can you deliver to a client on a specific date?

The short answer is yes we can, as long as we have at least 4 weeks notice first. Since our gifting service is completely unique and built from scratch for each of our business owners, we don’t like to rush the process, so if you’d like a gift to be delivered immediately, we’re probably not the service for you. It is worth still contacting us if you have a deadline within 4 weeks, as we still might be able to help, depending on our workload at the time.

3. Why can’t I just buy a box through your site? 

We like to get to know our business owners inside and out, so that we can come up with the best sorts of gifts for your clients that will have the most impact. We believe that there are already a lot of gift box companies out there offering generic-style boxes that can be ordered immediately. We like to be different, and offer a much more personalised service.

4. What is Trello and why do you use it?

Trello is a collaborative online tool that empowers us to ideate, plan, organise and bring your client gifting ideas to life in a very visual way. We have found it is the best and quickest way to get feedback from you during the creative process of building your gift boxes. It is completely free to use and very user friendly. 5. For branded boxes and products, why is your minimum order quantity 10?

We don’t believe in high-bulk orders, so we are constantly working hard to bring the minimum order quantity down as low as possible. At present, this is 10, as below that, and the process of customising your packaging and/or products becomes very expensive. However, if you’d like to discuss quantities below 10, it is worth still getting in touch and we can see what we can do.
